The Second Annual Friends and Family Day will take place on March 6th, from 2-5PM at the Redwood Fire Hall. The event is organized to help build healthier communities and will have demonstrations, contest, and taste testings all designed to help community members lead healthier lives. Hearts for Youth will be a sponsor of the event again this year and hopes to see everyone there.
